Meet Natalie
Helping women heal the root causes of present day pain.
Natalie Scarpa
LIMHP, PCMSW, MPA Director & Therapist
Natalie was born and raised in Fremont, Nebraska and have lived in Omaha for all of my adult life. I am a lover of nature, a passionate learner, and a board game enthusiast. When I’m not seeing clients, supervising other clinicians, or teaching part-time at the local university, I love spending time outside with my family, doing yoga, or (shamelessly) scrolling TikTok.
Natalie’s own experiences with the darkness of grief & loss, codependency, addiction, and interpersonal violence inspired her to become a therapist and walk with others in their healing & growth. Natalie feels deeply grateful for the opportunity to join clients in navigating their complex and beautiful journeys.
Natalie is trained as a clinical social worker from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. My clinical approach is integrative, weaving together experiential, attachment, mindfulness, and parts modalities.
Many of my clients struggle with insecurity in their sense of self and relationships. At the core of these issues are unmet needs for safety, connection, and self-worth. Left unexamined, these patterns can lead to anxiety, depression, and addictive behaviors. As we find new ways to meet these essential needs, we are liberated to lives of security, meaning, and authenticity.
Together we’ll focus inward, heal past wounds, build new skills, and take action on building your truest and most meaningful life.
