Meet Hadley

Hadley Oberg

PLMHP, Therapist

Inspired by her own early life experiences and those of her past middle school students, Hadley became a therapist to help others find the healing and peace she has come to know herself. Of all she enjoys about being a therapist, Hadley loves the connections she makes with her clients the most.

Stemming from hardship from her mother’s frequent army deployments, Hadley was diagnosed with an eating disorder in early adolescence. Through her treatment experience, she began to understand the role of our life experiences in our mental health and to see that mental health treatment was valuable and effective. The importance of mental health treatment was further cemented during her time teaching middle school in the public school system.

A Fremont native, Hadley now lives in Omaha with her two large dogs. Whether it's living abroad, teaching yoga, running long distance or rock climbing, Hadley immerses herself in a slower, more present way of being. From childhood summers spent outdoors in a swimsuit to teaching in Poland during COVD-19 lockdown, Hadley is no stranger to adventure, but it’s her calm, earthy vibes you’ll probably notice first about her. Ask Hadley how to describe herself in a few words and she might say “it's giving granola.”

If you are in a phase of transition in your life, looking for a new perspective, or ready for a change, then Hadley might be the therapist for you. When working with her, you can expect to feel safe, seen, and supported through the environment she creates and the energy she brings. Through listening closely, Hadley offers understanding and gentle challenging to support you in finding the growth you are looking for.
