The Why Behind Our Work
Wildflower Collective is a small, progressive woman-owned and operated mental health counseling collective in Omaha, NE. Clinicians in the collective specialize in working with young people and minority groups through in-person & online counseling services using a variety of skills-based, creative expression, and depth-oriented therapy modalities.
In a culture driven by productivity and rugged individualism, the threads that used to bind us together are withering away. So many of us are stuck in systems that demand too much and care too little, leaving us feeling unfulfilled, isolated, and lonely.

Hello, I’m Natalie!
As the founding therapist and director at the Wildflower Collective, there is nothing else I’d rather be doing, and that is by design.
A few years ago, after a rocky start in life, I found myself with a diploma in hand, a ring on my finger, and a new baby in tow - feeling stretched too thin, unfulfilled, and lonely. That’s when I started questioning everything and listening inward instead. Quietly at first, I began asking more from life. I gathered up my passions, skills, and pennies, and Wildflower Collective was born. Everyday I get to cultivate connection, create change, and lead others, all in a way that centers what matters to me most.
When I’m not seeing clients, supervising other clinicians, advocating for policy-change, or teaching part-time at the local university, I love spending time outside with my family, doing yoga, reading, or scrolling TikTok. I love the life of worth I have built after emerging from a past colored with trauma, loss, domestic violence, and addiction. My journey inspired me to walk with others in their healing journeys, and I’ve been so fortunate for the life, educational, and professional experiences that have given me the means and tools to do so.
